You agree a fixed price at the start and receive a finished, ready to use space. No separate designer, separate contractor, or separate bills to reconcile.
Do you offer interior design for both homes and offices?
Yes. Trega offers turnkey interiors for residential homes and for commercial spaces, specifically office fit outs and retail. Hospitality projects are not in our current scope.
Is the interior design price fixed like your construction price?
Yes. The interior design price is fixed at signing, covering design and complete execution. The price cannot change without a written variation order agreed by both parties.
Can you handle interiors if another company built my home?
Yes. Our interior service is available independently. You do not need to have built with Trega to work with us on interiors.
Do you provide 3D visualisation before starting?
Yes. Before any execution begins, you see a 3D visualisation of the space so you can approve the design direction, make changes, and confirm you're happy before any money is committed to procurement.
